How do I return something to Big Ashtray?

At Big Ashtray, we stand behind our merchandise 100%.

When returning items:

• 1. Please Contact Big Ashtray within 30 days by e-mail  for instructions before returning items.
• 2. All returned items must be in the original packaging and original condition. 
• 3. All shipping is paid by customer 
• 4. Big Ashtray will cover all shipping costs if we are at fault.

Big Ashtray packages it's items very carefully, fully aware of the dangers of shipping glass. It is highly unlikely that you will receive broken items. Please notify us immediately. We will credit or refund immediately upon e-mailing an image of the broken glass (or returning the package). All outgoing orders are insured (mainly to protect from lost packages).  Big Ashtray will take care of the insurance red tape.
