Vintage Fostoria Coin Glass Cigar & Cigarette Ashtray

Fostoria Glass Company large "Coin Glass" cigar and cigarette ashtray 

Circa 1957 - 1965

Fostoria's Coin Items were produced until 1982 - During the 70's and 80's a noticeable quality difference separates the older items from the newer.

Coins are "Intaglio Frosted" on older items, as these are. Newer coin glass does not have frosted coins. They wre produced in multiple sizes. 

Large Ashtray measures 7.5" Wide, Weighs 3 lbs.   

Two amber coin glass ashtrays are available - sold separately.

Condition for both ashtrays is very good.  Both ashtrays have minute nicks on the inner rims most likely caused by resting pipes.  The nicks have been professionally smoothed and polished, but can be felt.

Notice the ashtray has rests for both cigars and cigarettes.
