 Depression glass orange herb canister.

• Circa 1940s.
• In Excellent condition.
• Neck of lid and inner neck of jar are "ground to fit" for an airtight seal.
• The lid neck has NO rim chips that are usually found on these items from years of  use.
• Jar is hand-blown, lid is made from a 2-part mold.  Measures 5.5" tall, 4" wide, weighs 1 lb.
• Will keep pipe tobacco or herbs fresh for months. .
