Fratelli Toso vintage Italian art glass ash bowl

        Fantastic vintage Murano glass ashtray bowl by famous Italian maker Fratelli Toso.

• Luscious decor includes bullicante (controlled bubbles), avventurina (gold flecks), casing (two layers of thick glass) and pink and white murrine (colored inclusions).
• Outer casing is clear, inner casing is decorated. Hand-formed.  Polished pontil mark.
• Remains of Fratelli Toso label. Can see outlines of  "Murano Glass, Made in Italy". Original label color worn off, only silver foil remains.
• Large rests near clear handles, great for cigars. Small rests hidden at points. All rests blend into the decor, could easily use as a candy dish.
• Measures 8.75" long, 6.25" and 2.75" tall.  Weighs 2.5 lbs.
• In excellent condition. Circa 1950s.
