Standing Floor Ashtray Slag Glass & Chrome

 SOLD Stunning standing ashtray for the smoking parlor.

Made in the mid to late 1950s.  Marked "Electrolite Canada, patented 1954".

This old beauty is in fabulous shape.  Very heavy, sturdy, well-made.  Vintage slag glass decor and ashtray in cream, orange, yellow with wisps of light green.

In overall wonderful shape.  These ashtrays are normally found with aged electrolite chrome, mostly due to atmosphere pitting.  This one has miniscule visible pitting, chrome is in great shape.  Beneath the ashtray (normally not visible), you can see some major pitting (image 5), it could be polished out.

See image 4. This compartment is meant to hold a lighter.

Stands 27" tall, 10.5" at widest with a 33" girth. Weighs about 25 lbs. Breaks down to individual pieces. Will ship assembled.
