Big Blenko Art Glass Patio Ashtray

SOLD Blenko Art Glass part no. 675, designed in 1967.

BIG ashtray measures 9.75" wide, 1.5" tall and weighs 4.25 lbs.

Blenko Art Glass provided the popular glass of the 1950s, 60's & 70s.  They are famous for their BIG glass items, everything from giant decanters and vases to ashtrays were made to make a BIG statement.

The old Blenko ashtrays are perfect for parties and outdoors.  They also make nice center bowls with multi-uses such as candleholders and incense burners.  Perfect size for cigar smokers.

This awesome ashtray was pressed into an intaglio mold to produce the trippy hippie pattern. The pattern was pressed very deep.  It is 3-dimensional on the base and smooth but not even on the ash surface.  This is helpful in smashing out your smokes.

In dark amber, Blenko called this color "Wheat".  In excellent condition.
