1950s Elegant Organic Style Centerpiece Ashtray

Made by California Potteries in the 1950s.  In excellent condition.

Awesome glaze in creamy chocolate earthtones tipped with real gold.  Organic leaf or shell form.

BIG ashtray was used as a centerpiece decor item back in the days when almost everyone smoked.

Measures 11" long, 9" wide and 2" tall.  Compartments are divided by 8 small rests. Marked on base "Cal Style, 270, USA".  Stunning specimen.
