Mid-century Wood Pipe Rack & Glass Humidor

SOLD Beautifully preserved wood pipe and humidor stand.

This 1950s era smoking accessory stand retains it's old label.  The small wording has worn off, but the maker's name "Fairfax" is still visible.

The hard wood is beautiful. The stain is like new, very rich. The only sign of wear on the wood is located inside the round fenced area where a circle has formed from rubbing against the base of the glass humidor.

The thick glass humidor has inner diamond optics.  It is in excellent condition also. The only other wear to mention is the felt liner on the base of the rack, which has aged just a bit (see image).

The rack hold 4 pipes.  The humidor lid is fitted for a moisture disc that screws into it after getting soaked in water.  This set has appears to be unused.  The little humidifier disc was made in Hong Kong.

The clear diamond optic glass jar is large and very heavy.  Measures 5.75" wide at mouth and 5" tall, weighs 3 lbs.  The rack measures 10" longest, 7.5" at tallest.
