Whitefriars art glass with controlled bubbles ashtray

Big, luscious golden amber ashtray bowl. SOLD

Made by Whitefriars Glass (England) pre 1964.  This pleasing jonquil color is a light golden amber which was used by Whitefriars prior to 1964.  This beautiful ashtray fits into any decor.

Hand made thick glass with intentionally placed bubbles.

Whitefriars part no. 9099.  This is the larger of the two ashtrays made with this part no.

Weighs 4.5 lbs.  Measures 8.5" round and 2.75" deep.  Deep and heavy ashtray is great for poolside or parties.

In excellent condition with some bottom-wear.  The bubble web was nicely done. Pontil mark was polished round.
