Vintage large ruby ball ashtray by Viking

Largest sphere orb ashtray in the Viking Art Glass line.   Viking Art Glass  part no. 6827.

Circa 1950s-1960s. Extreme retro modernist decor.   Beautiful, rich ruby red glass. Very scarce in this color.

The orb measures 6" wide, 8" deep and 5" at tallest.  Made of thick walled glass, weighs 4 lbs.

This ball ashtray has 3 rests, two normal sized and one large rest in the center for cigars.

Very hard to find.  In excellent condition.
