Retro Modern Orb Ruby Red Glass Ball Ashtray

Largest orb ashtray in the Viking Art Glass line - Circa 1950s-1960s.  Shown in old Viking Art Glass catalogs as part no. 6827.

High modernist decor.  Beautiful, rich ruby red glass. Very scarce in this color.

The orb measures 6" wide, 8" deep and 5" at tallest.  Made of thick walled glass, weighs 4 lbs.

This ball ashtray has 3 rests, two for smaller size smokes and one large rest in the center for cigars.

Very hard to find.  In excellent condition - like new.
