Festival Del Habano II La Habana 2000 No. 213

 SOLD   Scarce limited edition Habanos cigar ashtray by Bidasoa Porcelanas.

This ashtray was available at the Festival Del Habano #2 in La Habana Cuba, year 2000.  Decorated with 18-carat gold.  Signed and numbered 213 of 2000.  Only 2000 made.  Highly collectible Cuban cigar ashtray.

Made by Bidasoa, a fine porcelain maker from Spain which ceased business 2 years ago. Made in the year of the last millenium, distributed by House of Habanos, Cuba.

Also signed by Habanos s.a. (Cuban cigar maker since 1492), marked 18-carat gold, early limited edition number.  These ashtrays were introduced with the Cuban-made Habano Festival 2000 Commemorative Cigar which we hear can still be found today.

This rare collectible cigar ashtray is in near new condition. The only sign of age is a bit of patina on the gold. Otherwise, it's perfect.  The patina (darkening of the metal due to atmoshphere) can be gently rubbed out with gold cleaner if new owner desires.

Big, heavy ashtray weighs 2 lbs.  Measures 8.5" round and 2" at tallest. Four wide and long rests, each measure 2.5" long, 1.25" wide and .5" deep.
