Retro art glass vintage orb cigar ashtray in Persimmon

         Large Persimmon ball ashtray by Viking Art Glass .

Sphere orb ashtray  bright orangish yellow called "Persimmon".  Looks like orange Jello. Viking part no. 6827 (large). Read more about Viking Art Glass.    Circa 1960s-1970s. Extreme retro modern decor. This large orb measures 6" wide, 8" deep and 5" at tallest, weighs 4 lbs.  Has three rests, two normal sized and one large rest in the center for cigars. This beautiful vintage ball can be used as a candleholder (remove any metal found on candle before using in vintage glass), catch-all, etc. when not in ash service. Very hard to find.  In excellent condition.
