Satin crystal lotus ashtray Lalique style

          Elegant heavy crystal ashtray from the 1920s/1930s.

High quality molded crystal in French Lalique style with pillow molded satin crystal.  Actual maker unknown, but certain to be from a high-end glassmaker of the past.

It weighs one pound and is medium-sized with five fat cigar-sized rests.  Deep bowl.  Measures 5" wide and 2.25" tall.

In excellent condition.  Light bottom-wear on polished base.

The satin finish was accomplished by applying an acid bath.  The surface feels soft and luxurious.

Stunning art deco styling.  Looks beautiful anywhere.
