SOLD 1960s eclectic art ashtray by Higgins

The gold Higgins signature dates this fabulous mod ashtray to between 1957-1964. The upscale decor glass art company was run by Michael and Frances Higgins who have both passed-on. Higgins was very popular among the mod Beatnik crowd of yesteryear, and is still popular today.

Will accomodate smokes as big as large cigars with wide rests and deep well. Big ashtray measures 9" at longest, 7" at widest and 1.25" deep. Great for parties.

Made of smoke black thick bent glass with real gold decor and applied glass jewels.

In perfect condition. At least 50 years old.

Fabulous beatnik art relic. Savvy authentic retro decor for the modernist home, office, deck, patio, pool, etc. (Never leave vintage ashtrays outdoors during bad weather)
