Rare Viking art glass chestnut cigar ashtray

SOLD Large vintage glass cigar ashtray in rare dark 'chestnut' color.

Vintage  Viking Art Glass (#6724) ashtray introduced in 1967. Production continued through the mid 1970s. Thick, lucious molded glass. Pattern called "Diamond".  No seams. Perfect, very hard to find, tobacco brown color called 'chestnut by Viking.  Stunning, yet understated...perfect for the library or smoking room. Wide stylized rests and deep bowl accomodates the largest of cigars, and all other sized smokes. In excellent condition with some minor bottom-wear indicative of its age. BIG ashtray weighs 3.5 lbs, measures 8.5" wide, 2.25" tall.
