Retro vintage ashtray with three cigaretted size rests and one wide cigar size rest. Deep inner bowl with large inverted ledge.

Marked 'Stangl Pottery, Trenton, N.J. 3904-L Patent Pending Safety Ashtray'. Made in the 1950s. Stangl was an American decor pottery company that is no longer in business.

The gold and light turquoise blue glaze is in excellent, original condition. Like new condition. Felt pads on the base protected it from bottom-wear. Weighs 1½ lbs. Measures 9" long, 6" at widest and 1½" tall.
