Swedish Modern Concentric Bubble Ash Bowl

SOLD Mid-century Scandinavian art glass ash bowl with a caramel colored 'smoke ring' and thousands of tiny concentric bubbles. Beautiful.  Hand-made freeform art glass.  Polished flat base.  Thick and luscious.  Made in one of the Scandinavian countries, possibly by Humppila, Finland. Circa 1950s.  In very good condition with a few very light scuff marks on the wide, flat upper ledge and 'bottom wear' from years and years of surface contact on the seat.  You must study it closely to see the wear, it's minimal. Weighs 4.25 lbs.  Measures 7.5" long, 1.75" tall.  Three rests accomodate any size smoke.  Great for candles, catch-all, etc. too.
