Hand-Blown Ashtray in Amethyst Glass with Intentional Bubbles
Vintage hand-blown ashtray in cased amethyst glass, estimated circa 1960’s to 1970’s.
In the Murano style, but most likely made in the USA by Pilgrim Art Glass. Cased in colorless and purple glass with intentionally placed bubbles within the layers. Soft pontil scar (from the glass blower’s punty rod) on center base.
Six hand-formed rest will accommodate cigars and smaller smokes. Nice 2.5″ deep ash well. Measures 5″ round. In perfect condition.
