Vintage slag glass cigar ashtray made by Imperial Glass, USA, circa 1960’s – 1970’s. Retains a portion of its original label.
Fab marbled glass cigar ashtray in rich dark chocolate hues. Large glass cigar ashtray sports four long cradle rests over an ample bowl to balance cigars or smaller smokes. Partial original label still attached. See image for closeup.
Slag glass ashtrays were made in the days when ashtrays were works of art. Handmade…no two are exactly the same shape or color. Awesome decor and quality made glass. Hand-finished rim and rests. Heavy, thick-walled glass is sturdy and cleans-up easily. Distinctive and classy ashtray. Measures 7.5″ square, 1.75″ tall, and weighs 2 lbs.
