Produced in 1969, massive garden party ashtray.
Blenko Art Glass part no. 697L. Made in 1969. Beautiful, MASSIVE, vintage glass in excellent condition. Measures 11.25 wide, 1.5″ tall, all around girth of 35″. Senator-sized cigar in image above is 6″ long.
Six pounds of solid glass. Perfect for parties and outside areas. Accommodates cigars, all types of smokes. Great for incense and candles (never use candles with metal in old glass). Waffle base elevates it above the surface. Beautiful garden green color glows with the varying thickness of glass and lighting. Pressed waffle pattern in raised on the base and with inner portion of waffles slightly concave on the smooth surface. Concave areas on ash surface are useful in extinguishing smokes.
