This massive ashtray weighs 6 lbs, measures 9″ x 9″ square, 11″ diagonally, 2.75″ tall.
Solid heavy colorless glass. Probably made by Fostoria Glass, a mid-century elegant maker in America. Decorated with the etched seal of the US House of Representatives and signature of Harold Runnels (Democrat, NM, served in the house from 1970 until his death in 1980).
