Set of 2 Viking Art Glass tri-corner ashtrays in the rare Satin Mist finish. Both still retain the transparent “Viking Handmade” sticker.
Viking Satin Mist is hard to find because the exterior heat finished decor tends to scratch and fade over time. The beautiful almost ‘spooky’ mist can be damaged by severe chemicals, hard scrubbing, scratching etc. These ashtrays are NOT dishwasher safe.
Especially eye-catching with futurist, metallic, grunge, or ice-castle decor. The rests are wide and flat, fit large cigars, cigarettes and smaller. Large ashtrays measure 8″ long on three sides and 8½” at widest. Each weigh 3½ lbs. Handmade by Viking USA, part no. 1099, circa 1970s.
