1960s Higgins Barbaric Atomic Beatnik Era Ashtray

The gold Higgins signature dates this fabulous mod ashtray to between 1957-1964.

The Higgins glass art company was run by Michael and Frances Higgins who have both passed-on. The Higgins brand was very popular among the mod Beatnik crowd of yesteryear, and is still popular today.

Will accommodate smokes as big as large cigars with wide rests and deep well. Big ashtray measures 9″ at longest, 7″ at widest and 1.25″ deep. Great for parties.

Made of smoke black thick bent glass with real gold decor and applied glass jewels.Fabulous beatnik art relic. Savvy authentic retro decor for the modernist home, office, deck, patio, pool, etc.
