Authentic retro glass ashtray identified as Viking Art Glass catalog as part no. 7334. Made in the 1960’s to 1970’s.
This luscious retro glass ashtray features a stylized bar in the center with 5 rests. Room for paraphernalia such as match books, candles, etc. Center rest bar works great with stick incense too.
Persimmon is the name Viking gave to this beautiful combination of jello-like orange and lemon color.
Hand-made by Viking Art Glass in the U.S.A., a favorite mod glass maker of the Mid-20th Century. Thick, high quality vintage glass.
Measures 6.5″ wide, 1″ deep and weighs 1.8 lbs. In excellent condition.
Viking’s orange and yellow glass color is called Persimmon. This color was especially popular during the psychedelic late 1960’s to early 1970’s.
