Vintage chunky giant Blenko glass. Beautiful, sturdy and versatile.
Blenko called this color turquoise and it is commonly called ‘Blenko Blue’. Blenko Art Glass part no. 697L. Made in 1969.
Measures 11″ round, 1.75″ tall. The big cigar shown above is 6″ long. Plenty of room for multiple smokers.
Weighs 5 lbs. Perfect for parties and outside areas, awesome by the pool. Accommodates cigars, all types of smokes. Great for incense and candles (always remove metal parts from new candles before using in vintage glass). Waffle base elevates it above the surface.
The color is a dark blue that glitters and glows with the varying thickness of glass and lighting. Pressed waffle pattern in raised on the base with inner portion of waffles slightly concave on the surface. Concave areas on ash surface are useful in extinguishing smokes.
