Beautiful Ruby Art Glass Ashtray from Mid-20th Century Italy
Hand-formed ruby art glass ashtray with internal trapped bubble decor. Made of thick, high quality mid-century colored crystal. Real gold was used in the glass batch to achieve the deep ruby color.
Large, heavy ashtray. Measures 6.5″ round and 2.25″ tall. Weighs 2 lbs. In excellent condition. Polished flat base shows ‘bottom wear’, tiny scratches caused by years of surface contact.
