Retro Cigarette Commercials

Cigarette T.V. commercials were outlawed many years ago.  The commercials below help explain why they were banned.  Imagine Dr.s promoting cigarettes for health, cartoon characters smoking, mothers letting children ‘hold’ their cigarettes, famous actors promoting cigarette brands, and of course the allure of looking sexy or cool with a cigarette as an accessory.  No wonder a couple of entire generations got hooked on tobacco.  It was wise to ban cigarette commercials.
